The 10 days of Christmas break… day 1
Dec 24th, 2007 by Academics Plus Tutoring
On the first day of Christmas break, my tutor gave to me, 10 SAT vocabulary words…
Ok, so we know there are really 12 days of Christmas… and furthermore, it’s technically not Christmas break—it is Winter break but “winter” just doesn’t fit the song we’d like to sing and we have 10 blog entries, not 12. We hope you’re all cool with that! And we hope you’re cool with this—our gifts to you over the holiday break… 10 SAT vocabulary words a day for each day of the holiday break (excluding weekends).
This time of the year should be a time of relaxing, rejuvenating, and spending time with family and friends, but it can also be a time to study for the SAT without all the pressures of schoolwork. So, for all you SAT students in SAT land who want to get a leg up during the holiday break, review the words each day and you will add another 100 words to your SAT vocabulary. How cool is that? Pretty cool! Here you go… and happy holidays…
