Exam anxiety: tips to ease the stress

Students are all too familiar with test anxiety. While we regularly remind them that anxiety only interferes with their performance and offer the suggestion to “not stress out,” this helpful information will likely fall on deaf ears unless it is accompanied by real-life hints or strategies that they can use to ease the anxiety. So, here are a few tips from the article Beating the Stress, on managing exam anxiety:
